Here are some maintenance tips: Make sure to clean the punch and die. They don't need lubrication but cleaning can prolong their life expectancy. Use only Enerpac Oil for both the punch and pump. Always match punch and die correctly. You should set up larger openings so that the dies point down for operations. Make sure to immediately replace cracked, chipped or worn-out dies and punches. To avoid cracks in materials processing, always use the appropriate lifting force.
